Dear Warling Studios,
I would like to recommend Warling Studios as an excellent choice
when considering a company to hire for school photos. As the director
of a preschool that services 200 children, I know how important
it is to find a company that is reliable, easy to work with, and
delivers quality photos. Through my experiences with Brian Warling
and his friendly staff, I can finally say that I no longer dread
the school photography process.
From start to finish, everything about the process was easier when
working with this studio. When scheduling “picture day”,
Brian was flexible and he understood the time constraints a school
is bound to regarding the length of time available to photograph.
The children were comfortable with Brian and his staff and therefore,
they were more relaxed as their picture was being taken.
Pictures were delivered on a very timely basis and the parents
responded with joy at the results. Many, many parents commented
on the quality and professional touch presented in the photographs.
Class pictures were wonderful as well.
In addition to smiling children and happy parents, I was extremely
thrilled to have received a check for our school for a portion of
the photographs sold. Since everyone was excited about their child’s
picture, more photos were sold than expected which translated into
more dollars for our school.
I can’t say enough about how smooth “picture day”
went, how qualified Brian is as a photographer, and how pleased
the parents were with the results.
Sincerely,
Carol Teske

Case study
School for Little
Children
In September 2003,
Warling Studios contracted to shoot school pictures for School
for Little Children in Evanston, Illinois. The school was
seeking, first and foremost, a more professional and dependable
resource to provide school portraits than their previous resource.
They found in Warling Studios a polished photography provider
with an artful sensibility, the knowledge and experience to
work well with children and a strong commitment to delivering
on time.
Over two days,
Warling Studios photographed individual portraits of 175 students
ranging in ages from two to five, twenty classroom portraits,
as well as numerous candid shots taken on the School for Little
Children campus. Black and white and color proofs were delivered
within two weeks of picture day and parents were given three
weeks to place orders through the school. Money was collected
and a check for the school’s order percentage was presented
at that time. Portrait packages were delivered within four
weeks, on budget, and on time as contracted.
Additionally, a
DVD of candid photos set to music was prepared and delivered
for sale at the school’s annual auction. |
