Based in downtown Chicago, Warling Studios specializes in photography of children. As a commercial photography studio, we have existed for ten years shooting for commercial clientele including advertising agencies, national magazines and corporations. About five years ago we began to focus exclusively on children as we found that our talent for photographing children was gaining recognition and our client base was becoming more heavily weighted in photography of children. Probably because taking pictures of kids is fun! Now we shoot kid portraiture for a pretty impressive (if we do say so ourselves) clientele in America and across the world.

Warling Studios is the creation of Brian Warling. Brian guides the look of images created by the studio with his strong graphic sensibilities, use of color (or lack of it) use of select focus and eye for the beauty of simplicity.

In 2003, we decided to take our talent for photographing children into the schools. We offer a creative alternative to the traditional style of school portraits usually seen and we increase school profits and delight parents in the process! We photograph children in schools the same way we shoot children in any venue. We meet them, talk to them and try to create pictures that reflect their personality. They are comfortable, happy, at ease. Parents will notice the personality of their child coming through.
